Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pose Perfect Pro iPhone app and the poseperfectpro.com website, both published by Hashtag Media LLC(“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The licence you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pose Perfect Pro on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute it
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice
• Use it to break any law, or to violate anyone’s rights

Your photos are yours

You keep every right you already had in the photos you use and create with Pose Perfect Pro. We claim no ownership, no licence and no interest in them. Because all processing happens on your device and nothing is uploaded, we never hold them in the first place.

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you bring into the app. If you photograph another person — a client, a patient, a model — obtaining their consent, and complying with any law that applies to that relationship, is your responsibility, not ours.

Professional and medical use

Pose Perfect Pro is a photography tool. It is not a medical device, it makes no clinical measurement, and it must not be used to diagnose, treat or make any medical decision. Images it produces are visual comparisons, not evidence of a clinical outcome. If you use it in a professional practice, you remain solely responsible for your own regulatory, record-keeping and consent obligations.

Your device and your backups

Exports are saved to your device’s photo library. Keeping backups is your responsibility. We cannot recover anything you lose, because we never had a copy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may release updates, and your device may install them automatically depending on your settings. We do not promise the app will always be available or will run on every device or iOS version.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that alignment, outline detection or export will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashtag Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost images, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which for a free app is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app.

Termination

This licence ends if you stop complying with these terms, and you can end it at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
